She has exercised her interest in mentoring & coaching by leading diverse teams spread over different geographies & functional roles and through various corporate & volunteering engagements.

 

Tejal has followed her passion for Personal Growth, Workplace Dynamics, Organization Psychology Management, and Diversity Equity Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) related causes by pursuing relevant education, training, and experience for over ten years. Through her diverse academic pursuits in Executive Management, Psychology, and Health & Nutrition, she guides clients using a unique, holistic, integrative approach operating at a body, mind, and soul level. By which clients receive individualized and customized ways to achieve their personal & professional goals.

 

She caters to individual and corporate organization clients through personal coaching sessions, corporate consulting engagements, curated group workshops, and community engagement. Currently, Tejal coaches worldwide professionals at the executive level & the early-mid career and provides consultations to organizations. She learns by practicing the methodologies she recommends to her clients to better understand their challenges through her first-hand experiences. This makes her an empathetic coach, striving to deliver quality impact to her clients.

 

Tejal is also an aspiring Speaker and a Management Educator. She has a multifaceted, dynamic personality with a passion for getting things done the right way. While not at work, she likes to keep up with her interests in arts & design, spirituality, reading non-fiction, environmental conservation, and love for the outdoors.

 

An entrepreneur at heart, she has led Calibo Technologies Private Limited, her venture in business strategy and technology consulting. Additionally, her past professional experience comes from working with global technology enterprises such as Amazon Web Services, TIBCO, Tech Mahindra, et al. She has excelled in various customer-facing Technical & Management roles in Enterprise Architecture, Professional Services, Pre-Sales, and Product Management disciplines while successfully delivering business transformation goals for several Fortune 500 Enterprises, Small and Medium-scale businesses, and Start-ups across BFSI, Healthcare, & E-commerce domains, operating out of the Americas, Europe, and Asia region. She carries broad experience in architecting scalable technology solutions, leading distributed & cross-functional teams, and realizing strategic business value for global customers using technology as an enabler. While she occasionally enjoys keeping up with the technology world, she is now focused full-time on providing professional services through coaching.
