Cancellation Policy
A. To cancel or reschedule, give 24 hours advance notice. B. More than twice rescheduled meetings will hold 1st penalty of $15, 2nd penalty of $20, 3rd penalty of $30 paid prior to the session. No refund policy applies. C. Online Meeting hygiene to be observed by Client as mentioned below: 1. Check functioning of audio, video prior to the session begins. 2. Join the meeting 5 minutes before the booking time. 3. Session will stand cancelled in case of No Show for 15minutes into the meeting. No refund policy applies. 4. Only Clients who have booked the meetings are allowed to be join the meeting. 5. Ensuring meeting is attended in a reasonably quiet surroundings without distractions. 6. Meeting time will be extended due to any distractions or interruptions at Client end. 7. Client must be well-versed with Google Online Meeting and having basic knowledge of technology to keep meetings free of on-the-spot skills training. D. Upon any misconduct or unprofessional behaviour during the meeting, the host reserves rights to cancel the session on the stop. No refund policy applies. E. Client gives deemed rights to the Host to Record the meeting for guidance assessment usage purposes only. F. Client agrees to transfer all rights of using their Name, EmailID, Phone Number or Social Media handles for Host's marketing or sending business updates purposes only. Host agrees to not share Client information with any 3rd party vendor or service provider or otherwise without prior consent from the Client. G. Guidance shared between the Client and Host is confidential & private. Client agrees to not share or make business or sell services out of the same or enter into a compete situation without prior consent from the Host. H. All content shared and/or recorded during scheduled meetings are proprietary rights of eDC. *Here Host is referred to eDC or any person(s) representing eDC (www.elementsdcoach.com). *Here Client is referred to person(s) who has booked services of eDC.
