Cancellation Policy
Policy outlines the terms and conditions for coaching sessions with eDC (elementsD Coach PS). Applies to all bookings through www.elementsdcoach.com. A. Payments, Cancellation & Rescheduling All Payments are cleared before the session start date. Clients must provide at least 24Hr notice to cancel/reschedule a session. More than one rescheduling request will incur penalties: 1st Penalty: ₹198, 2nd Penalty: ₹298, 3rd Penalty: ₹498. Penalties must be paid before the session. No-refund policy applies. B. Online Meeting Guidelines Ensure audio and video function properly before the session starts. Join the session 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Sessions will be canceled after 15 minutes of no-show, with no refund. Only the booked client may attend the session. Attend meetings in a quiet, distraction-free environment. Meeting time will not be extended for client-side distractions or interruptions. Clients must be proficient in Google Meet and basic technology to avoid delays. C. Conduct & Professionalism The host reserves the right to cancel the session immediately for any misconduct or unprofessional behavior, with no refund provided. D. Recording & Usage Rights Clients give the host deemed consent to record sessions for guidance assessment purposes only. Clients agree that their name, email, phone number, and social media handles may be used for marketing and business updates by eDC. eDC will not share client information with third parties without prior written consent. E. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property All guidance and content shared during sessions are confidential and proprietary to eDC. Clients agree not to share, reproduce, or monetize any information, materials, or coaching strategies without written consent from eDC. Any recorded content and session materials remain the intellectual property of eDC. F. Limitation of Liability eDC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from coaching sessions. The client acknowledges that coaching is a supportive guidance service and does not replace medical, psychological, or legal advice. G. Agreement to Terms By booking a session, clients accept these terms and agree to adhere to all policies stated herein. *"Host" refers to eDC or any representative of eDC. *"Client" refers to any person(s) booking services with eDC.
