Cancellation Policy
Policy outlines the terms and conditions for service bookings with eDC (elementsD Coach Professional Services). Applies to all bookings through www.elementsdcoach.com. 1. Payments & Scheduling: All sessions must be paid in full in advance to be confirmed. Requests to cancel or reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Any additional rescheduling beyond the first request will attract the following fees: ₹998 (first additional change), ₹1,298 (second), ₹1,498 (third). All fees must be settled prior to the rescheduled session. All payments are non-refundable. 2. Session Protocol: Please join sessions 5 minutes in advance with a stable internet connection and functioning audio/video. Sessions will be cancelled after 15 minutes of non-attendance, without refund. Access is limited strictly to the registered client. Sessions are to be attended in a quiet, uninterrupted environment. Session time will not be extended for delays or disruptions on the client’s end. 3. Professional Conduct: eDC maintains a high standard of professionalism. Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session, without refund. 4. Recording & Communication: Sessions may be recorded for internal quality and guidance purposes. By engaging with eDC, you consent to receiving relevant communication and updates. Your information will remain confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law. 5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property: All session content, frameworks, and methodologies are confidential and proprietary to eDC, protected under the Copyright Act 1957. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any material or insights without prior written permission. 6. Limitation of Liability: Services are provided as developmental guidance and do not substitute medical or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted under the Information Technology Act 2000, eDC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect outcomes arising from your participation. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service or subscription. 7.
