Where Have We Been?! Reflections on Our Journey of Coaching & Therapy

We've turned 2!

This week, eDC officially turned 2 (& an additive experience of 20+ cumulative years), doing what we absolutely love, i.e., Coaching & Therapy! It made me take a humble account of whether I have really made progress towards my vision. Am I authentically carrying out the mission of bringing meaning, happiness, and respect to life?

It was a good fact check as we served more than ~50 client engagements and touched 2.2K+ lives across various channels of extended efforts. Through all this, the question I ask myself is not whether I have done enough to come closer to the anticipated target. But have our clients found meaningful progress in their goals, and what can I do better to serve them best during every instance of our time together? 

It’s been interesting, exploratory, and foundational years for eDC.  As I set deeper roots into Coaching & Therapy for Adults, the path doesn’t seem long, but every moment seems deeply gratifying to be able to impact real lives so up close! 

From witnessing overwhelm, anxiety, distress, frustration, anger, sadness, tears of grief, loss & pain to that of intrigue, excitement, insight, hopefulness, laughter & joy; holding that space of safety & motivation (where all titles are stripped off and one meets with themselves closely than ever), every moment spent here is a humbling experience of genuinely connecting with human life, that words cannot convey. This is my greatest asset over the years, and that is what I take back as the most real, profound, yet intangible impact eDC has brought towards its mission. 

As the counting continues for the lives touched, I am glad that the most valued impact cannot be quantified but only felt & experienced to help you grow in return! Rooting & striving to always deliver #QualityOverQuantity!

I thank all my stars & experience for having been able to do this using many inherently contrasting skill sets. My heartfelt gratitude to all my partners in collaboration, well-wishers, integrators, interesting encounters, and the network of colleagues.

And most importantly, to those brave, courageous souls who care for their lives to be better every step of the way - not only for their sake but also for the sake of a better immediate surroundings & a world at large!
